Ally’s experience includes:

• Acting for vendors and purchasers on residential and commercial conveyancing transactions (including off-the-plan properties and developments);

• Reviewing contracts and advising clients as prospective purchasers;

• Confidently and effectively negotiating property contract documents;

• Acting for both landlords and tenants with respect to commercial and retail leases, including preparing, reviewing and negotiating lease documents; and

• Advising clients on property law and commercial law disputes.
