  • Most commercial and insolvency disputes that survive our merits review process are suitable for funding., We typically fund claims with a minimum value of $50,000, and seek monetary outcomes or an easily liquidated asset.

    We also fund claims involving examinations, arbitration, class actions, traditional debt recovery and consumer disputes.

  • We will not fund matters involving family law, personal injury, defended claims, set-offs or counterclaims.

  • Typically, if we decide to fund a claim, a funding agreement is executed and a panel of solicitors is engaged to run your matter.

  • The success fee is determined individually for each case, considering its unique risks and merits. It is calculated as the higher amount between a multiple of the funds released and a percentage of the damages and costs recovered.

    Each of our managers are seasoned lawyers with expertise in specific legal domains. They are assigned to funded cases to maintain communication with the legal team and oversee investments.     The legal team will be tasked with filling out a concise monthly questionnaire online, furnishing you with essential correspondence and documents, and ensuring regular updates on claim advancement. Additionally, we will need copies of all invoices for budget-tracking purposes.
