• Acted for a client for the purchase of a $14,000,000 yoghurt manufacturing company from a major internationally listed manufacturer
• Acted for a client for the purchase of a milk processing and manufacturing business and related assets and real property with a combined value in excess of $10,000,000 from a seller with receivers and managers appointed
• Acted for a client with three related podiatry businesses around Australia across 14 separate entities to restructure the business into three business lines while taking advantage of the small business CGT concessions
