A Sutherland Shire local, Jeremy practices primarily in Commercial, Insolvency, Criminal and Employment disputes. Enjoying the challenge in finding creative, cost-effective solutions to client problems, Jeremy will work with you to chart a course through the storm that accounts for your unique circumstances.

Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Bachelor of Laws and a diploma in professional legal practice. He is currently studying towards an Advanced Certification in Insolvency with the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA).

In addition to disputes, Jeremy regularly provides commercial contractual and employment advice (for employers, employees and Unions), advice on debt recovery and the preparation of all manner of insolvency and restructuring documentation.

Jeremy also serves as an Executive Board Member for Sutherland Shire-based not-for-profit, 2Connect Youth and Community Services and as an Executive Committee Member for the NSW Society of Labor Lawyers, editing and contributing to their annual Journal on Law Reform, Legal Tweaks.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys being in the Ocean, playing Golf and Tennis, exploring our great Nation and watching any kind of sport over a schooner with mates.
