Tom is an accomplished insolvency and commercial litigation lawyer, with a particular focus on business rescue. He utilises voluntary administration, restructuring and alternative dispute resolution to assist clients to get the best possible outcome.

Tom regularly appears in the Supreme Court and Federal Court, helping his clients protect their rights when no negotiated outcome is possible. 

Beyond his practice as a solicitor, Tom is an accredited mediator and sits as a chairman of the Basketball Victoria Tribunal. He also stays up to date and involved with major updates to the industry, including drafting submissions to the 2023 Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services inquiry into Corporate Insolvency in Australia, and being cited multiple times in the final report.

When he isn’t working Tom enjoys watching the New York Giants, playing his PS5 and trying to find the best sushi in Melbourne.
